It is only against the law if you do it in front of a policeman in the middle of a street in downtown Dallas.
In your private place it is between you and another consenting adult.

That may be the stupidest question ever. Of course that is not true. I'm a proud Texan, I love Texas. While it is true that sodomy was illegal in Texas for a long time, even it is no longer. That is simplly ridiculous.

There may be a law against "sodomy" in the Texas Penal Code, but it could be overturned in a court based on the constitution. Oral sex, to my knowledge, is not included as sodomy.

no but anal sex is (sodomy), or was...as it is in many states...not usually enforced...texas tried to enforce it on a couple gays years back and it got tossed out as unconstitutional...as I recall
