My husband and I are planning on going in March or April, what time frame would be best to avoid Spring Break crowds? Also was wondering if it gets very hot yet in Orlando at this time of year? Thanks in advance:)

Actually March and April you will expereince moderate crowds to one of the most crowded times of the year. Spring break spans a large set of dates. The majority of schools have spring break in March and April, so that is when the highest crowds are. But, the most crowded times will be from the third week of March, through the third week in Aprilm so about a months time.

If you go in the beginning of March or the end of Apirl, the crowds will still be kind of high, but not nearly as bad as during spring break. But there is no dates near yours that would have low crowds, the closest would be after Labor Day. Once you hit spring break time they crowds stay pretty heavy until after school starts again.

Hope this helps!

Orlando right now is not hot at all, but there is a winter break that makes the parks crowded this time of year. Spring break is even worse. If you can handle the heat, the best time of year is July. I went in July, and the lines weren't long. I also got a good rate on the hotel, since it's out of season.

As Tech_Fanatic mentioned, March and April are typically moderately crowded. However, the best time would be March 1st - March 20th. Spring break crowds typically arrive at the end of March and stay consistant through May 15th. After May 15th, the cowds pick up even more for summer breakers.
For future visits, the best time to visit is late January - mid March and Late september - mid December.

Go when kids are at school. Completely empty. And do it in Spring because its not to hot and not to cold. April is PERFECT.
