The High School Musical Dance Suit is what you are talking about, It was available in the Emporium under specials during the debut of High School Musical. Now it can be found under Shop in the clothing section.

hmm...it used to be in emporium, under specials....not sure if you can just buy it under "shop" or not...try those two places :)
