i live in west virginia, are there a website to check a persons firearm rights to see if they can buy or own a gun??

No--- You know if you have the right and If your right was taken away. Other than that, firearm dealers have the forms and infrastructure of the government to do background checks.. That is why some states require that a firearm dealer broker the sale of firearms from one person to person.

LOL, not unless you work for the CIA.

It's called THE RIGHT TO PRIVACY.

If it's your OWN firearms eligibility you're "really" talking about, you should contact your local law enforcement authority... and common sense would dictate that if there are any doubts, odds are the person should NOT have access to firearms.
