We are looking for a new video card. Who do you use online to buy upgrades? Any praises or nightmare stories? I have heard of tigerdirect.com and newegg.com. Any other better places out there? We are willing to buy open box to save money.

www.newegg.com I bought over 40 items and never really had any problem with them. They package your stuff professionally and speedy shipping. There are some other online shops too

You will hear praise or nightmare stories from ANYWHERE. The best place period, is to buy from a physical store so you can take it back to if something goes wrong.
