My daughter has a little bit of milk build-up in her cheeks....Are there any home remedies that can cure this?

Are you sure it isn't thrush? If it is just milk, you should be able to wipe the white patches away with a damp cloth.
If you can't wipe the white patches away, your baby as thrush, and you need to take her to the doctor.

Its Thrush!
Milk does not build up. Call your pedi and get a prescription for an antibiotic and use ALL of it not just when it is cleared up.

I have never heard of anything called "milk buildup" but are you sure she doesn't have thrush? It could also just be dead skin on the inside of her cheeks-she shouldn't need anything to take care of it...her body will on it's own.

its thrush!!!!! Get to a dr! Keep an eye out for diaper rash also.
