I thought about this for a minute or so. I couldn't decide between yes or no, and even thought that in some circumstances people deserve to get murdered. But, my final decision was no. I'm not really a religious person but I believe that nobody but God has the right to judge who lives or dies. So I would eventually tell someone, after a long thought process lol

That is not a good way to think. That is thinking above the law. One is also open to a charge of aiding and abetting. The process of law can only work if people make it work.
The only possible reason for not coming forward would be if the legal system was so corrupted that the culprit would not get a fair trial.

I would always report it.
Whether it can be justified or not is not up to the witness to decide - thats up to the law and should be decided in court.

I could try, but, I'm not good at hiding things, my family would get the truth out of me, hopefully we would all sit round and discuss the best action to take.If it is decided to keep quiet I could rely on their support.

would totally depend on the circumstances. But if it was justified wouldn't it be classed as manslaughter anyway?
