When I'm mad, I cry, but I'm a girl. I also like to go run around my block; fresh air always makes me feel better. Sometimes you have to just breathe, you know, concentrate on breathing in and out. It takes your mind off what you're mad about. If you get seriously angry, maybe you could try a punching bag...

i have a problem with that too i have to relax and see what real reasons i might have to get p/oed and realize the majority of the time i have little or no reason.......God Bless

breathe deeply...using your diaphragm, not your chest. breathe from your gut and repeat a rhythmic phrase or something...i like to say "calm....calm....calm..."
