Do you mean carpal tunnel? Are you asking if it's good to put hands in hot wax if you have carpal tunnel syndrome?
I don't think it hurts or helps, to tell the truth. Since carpal tunnel is a constriction of the nerve, I'd think cool might be better than warmth, but doubt it would make much of a difference.
