I do not believe they would need to follow any rules that apply to only Iranians, and that they should follow the rules that every other American has to follow

When in Rome, do as the Romans. They come to America....regardless of their religious beliefs...they HAVE to follow the federal and state laws where they live in, also the local county and city ordinances.
