I never missed it as a kid. If I was grounded with no TV on the show night (Monday's I think), I would deal an extra three days without TV just to be able to watch that hour.

Me,loved them too.If you want to watch some movies that are just like Little House On The Prairie.Check out the Janette Oke movies, Love Comes Softly, Love's Enduring Promise, Love's Long Journey, Love's Abiding Joy! Michael Landon Junior is the director of all of these movies.These movies are very faith and family-oriented.No foul language in any of them.You can buy them at Walmart.I hope you will enjoy them.

I have watched "Little House On The Praire" sens I was little. I yous to watch it with my grandma.

I watch them with my kids everytime they are on and loved them as a kid myself. I almost wore out the original series of books in the public library when I was a kid, the librarian said she was going to have to buy a new set and gave me the old ones.

I still watch it on occasion on the Hallmark channel...i loved that show. Favored it the most the early years when the girls were young but still loved the whole thing.

I watched Stairway to Heaven but i do occasionally watch little house on the hallmark channel
