Sure I hate it. But like anything else, they do not have to be responsible for their words. Watch people driving with limo-tint windows. They know that you can not see them and they act accordingly. But put them on TV and they are totally different.
You and I need to adjust for the environment?

I think those people who give crude answers just want to make themselves feel as though they are better than you. However, the opposite is most likely true! Especially if you are simply asking a sincere question.
It is both crude and rude.

I get so frustrated when someone asks a question and I either would like to know what others suggest, or I would like to add a sincere answer... and then ya see the folks who just like to put a bunch of malarkey out.
I just sigh, and move through it quickly.

You are right. I agree with Pandagir- society and culture is the worst place to ask a question. i believe its because there are alot of people who ask questions just to start trouble. I must admit i get nasty also and it is because someone insults my religion or race and then i feel compelled to strike back. I am sorry if i ever said something to upset you.

Perhaps you should ask yourself the following questions: Are you asking your question in a clear manner? Are you using good English? In many cases I see this occurring when the answers to these two questions are no.
