I need to locate shower wall panels 900mmx900mm for my shower cubical ive seen mermaids range which looks v.good. Does anyone know where i can buy cheap shower wall?

Build Centre UK (part of the Wolsely Group) are pretty good for this type of product (Hubby fitted a lot of it from there and can recommend) Good Luck

since you give the dimensions in metric, that means you must be in the UK somewhere. I have no idea what you have available there.
Any good home improvement store will have options. You will have to decide exactly what you want and can spend. You might check any building materials salvage yards that are around, if any. You could get a real good deal on something nice. You say wet wall. does that mean you expect the shower heads and piping to be already installed? If so that decreases your options a bunch. I know that over there, you have approved plumbing materials and such we do not have here, so what you get is really going to be up to what you can find. There are manufacturers that make compiled showers that only need the water connections made, but what names they use there I would not know.

Another option would be to tile the shower wall. This is relatively easy and probably more attractive
