If you do not chart or monitor your fertility in any way, and you think you may have conceived, you should wait 19 days (or longer) after having sex to test. Why 19?! Sperm can live approximately 5 days in the proper environment; if the sperm managed to live until you popped an egg, the actual conception could have taken place several days after the sex act that got the sperm there. To make sure you're not testing too early, assume the sperm had very long lives (5 days is considered a very long sperm life) and that conception occurred then. Then allow 14 days for the embryo to implant and develop enough hCG to show up on a pregnancy test (96% of pregnant women will test positive by then.)

If your temp stays high then your progesterone is still high enough to maintain a pregnancy. If you ovulated on the 31st then your period should have shown up on the 14th, if you ovulated later then your period would show up 14 days later, sperm can live for up to 5 days in a healthy enviorment so you could have gotten pregnant as late as 2/4 which mean if you do not see your period by the 19th take another test. If your still not getting a positive then it is possible you did not ovulate.

Wait about 2-3 more days and take another pregnancy. Do it first thing in the morning after you get up. I wish you the best of luck.

Just be patient, if its not positive and you still haven't had your period then wait a week and test again.

What do the instructions on the box say? That includes temperature.

The stress that you're putting on yourself could be why your period is late. Don't discount that one, either.
