How to make computer art?

like...i know you scan the picture, but how do you get it colored and what program do you use..please help me.

yes i have a scanner, i just need the program and how to do it

try adobe photoshop. or, if you have win xp, try using paint. in photoshop, it has a lot of professional features that paint doesn't have. so, get adobe photoshop from the adobe website, or from limewire.

If you have microsoft paint, go to scanner and camera, scan and have a day, lol.
