i have 2 fantail fish latley 1 has been sitting in 1 spot & it is bloated,the other 1 chases it around?
colud it be pregnant?

it actually sounds like he is coming down with a case of swim bladder disease. start incorperating fresh, skinless peas. if he starts swimming funny or to one side, stop regual food for 3 days and feed just peas. good luck~

if its not it sounds harrassed and gonna be soon.the male needs more females to quell his appertite or you will loose your female.usually its 3 or 4 females to 1 male (for the fish you understand lol)

mine done that a few months ago i thought it was a gonna but aftera week or so it was back to normal, wierd.
