Absolutely.
Religion is the most dangerous, divisive force humanity has ever created.
Any candidate that makes any overtures towards any religious group loses my vote. McCain already has, so he's history for me.
This is the USA, and religion must stop at your front door.

No it will not influence my vote. I believe that a person's religion is there own business. They have that freedom. There has been alot of talk about Mitt Romney being a Mormon. Although there is a stigma about that religion, I dont feel it would affect his job performance.

I doubt it since I abhor organized religions. They should have been mentioned in the bible as one of the plagues of mankind. Unless the person is an extremist in their religious views and beliefs, I could care less. I do not want religion deciding policies in America.

Sure. My views on all kinds of things form the foundation upon which I determine what is just, equitable, honest, loving, integral, etc.
I don't know how to compartmentalize my spiritual convictions from my convictions about society or the world. They're bound together.

They haven't in the past, but I'm not the most religious person, either.
Bettysdad - Are you honestly trying to say that religion has never done anything positive? That's an extremely narrow, prejudiced point of view.

Somewhat. On moral issues, the Dems are bad decision makers. Mitt Romney is a Mormon. However, I would rather have a real and honest Mormon like Romney than a dishonest and fake "Christian" like Hillary or Obama.

Yes.
Because I believe in the teachings of Jesus Christ, so I will vote for the party which is most closely aligned with his teachings, and that would be the Democrats who support the working class and the underprivileged of the world.

that should be illegal.
why would you base the lives of yourself and people who dont share your beliefs on something that you cant see, and science has proved myth millions of times..?
if a non-believing rape victim wants an abortion... why should she be denied of it because God condemns the killing of another human?
Religion should never influence national policies.
