In 1969 I left my job on principle in a highly reputed MNC, as my immediate superior was a person of no morals and character. Since I came on his path as an obstacle to his evil ways, he tried to sack me on one pretext or other while the Chief Executive of the company always stood by me. He tried to prevent me from leaving; yet I left. My financial dependency on the job made me to accept a job in a competitor's firm. To my dismay I have found several executives of my former company discreetly calling at night on my new employer and sharing drinks with him. In a deplorable instance when a product was in short supply the Purchase Manager of my former company stealthily transferred some of its allotment to my new employer against personal favors. I was aghast at this. I resigned that job too and started my own business and prospered. Now I live on shame and guilt that I did not report the betrayal to my former employer. Should we not get these MeANAGERS be exposed and extinguished?
