You cannot live healthily soley on any 1 food. Your body requires a wide varriety of vitamins and minerals to function properly.
Milk has Protein, Calcium (which your body doesn't absorb much of because the protein slows the calcium absorption down), and added vitamin A and D, portassium, B12, Niacin, sodium, and Ribofavin plus fats. But thats pretty much it!
There is a wide range of vitamins and minerals that your body need that is totally left out form milk including vitamin C and Vitamin E which are so important to keeping your body healthy, vitamin K, folic acid, beta caroteen, Thiamine, iron, and more.
The doctors say it, the cereal commercials say it, but really the key to a healthy body starts with eating a well balanced diet.

--- "Milk has Protein, Calcium (which your body doesn't absorb much of because the protein slows the calcium absorption down), and added vitamin A and D, portassium, B12, Niacin, sodium, and Ribofavin plus fats. But thats pretty much it!" ---
What a complete show of ignorance and sheepishness...
Listen, people; Food has much more in it than just the macro nutrients listed by the FDA... Not only have we NOT discovered all of the nutrients yet, but we fail to grasp the idea of existence itself. Don't rely on simple, mundane science.
Many people have lived on just one food for several years, but don't be fooled into thinking that a full grown man survive on just goat's or cow's milk for his entire life. Not only is it NOT designed for our species, but it's usually tainted with such things as neuro toxins. A human should be able to survive soully on Human's breast milk. There may be some monkey breeds that closely resemble us that have suitable milk as well.
That's it.
Otherwise, we require a gentle variation to have a balanced diet.
There are many different diets that would allow a person to live for a very, very long time that don't require effort or a lot of money. Here are some examples:
1: Bananas + Wholegrain cereals.
2: Grapes/bananas + ...well, a lot of things.
3: Almonds + Spinach.
4: Spinach + Any other living plant food. (Yes, really...)
5: Whole, raw soy beans + Raw Cacao fruit
6: Scaled cold water fish + Leaves from random trees
... Do you see where I'm going with this?
Another myth to debunk: "B12!! Thar r no B12 in la plant!"
Actually, there are trace amounts of B12 found in almost all fresh produce; Just enough for the healthy and clean human body. Why is this? B12 is NOT vitamin C... The body indefinitely recycles the labeled B12 nutrient, and, unless it is malfunctioning or heavily toxified, needs no flood of B12 coming in every waking hour.
People just assume that B12 is something you MUST get in noticably large quantities... but it's not. You need an initial dosage amount at birth (mother's milk takes care of that), and it's recycled from there. You lose very, very little over time, and this can be made up for almost entirely by eating a handful of raw spinach every day (preferably with a healthy fat, like olive oil or avocado).
"Mostly" is what I said. Where does the rest come from? Well, ever heard of bacteria? The largest part of the B12 production a healthy (...and well informed...) individual observes is by way of bacteria! Oh wonderous day; So, you mean those antibiotics are making us more and more dependent on the flesh of animals? Well, yeah... But hey, I like my fish as much as the next guy!
I've personally gone over 2 years only eating bananas, almonds, and unleavened bread (whole wheat flour)... but that was mainly because I had a low income and some interesting hobbies. I survived, and I was actually very satisfied with that diet at the time. I was even happier to be able to buy the just-as-cheap-as-everything-else rice milk and craft myself some pancakes on sunday morning. (No, I had no butter, no sweeteners, and absolutely no fine plates.)
You can live on very, very little food. This is a very serious world, when it comes to survival, and our body is (unknown to the modern house-sheep) a surviving machine. That's its goal; to survive. I bet you didn't know that we synthesize several (not one) special hormones and nutrients from the sun through our skin and eyes. It seems to me that medical science these days has taken a flop for the worst. Listen to your body before listening to other peoples' bodies; You can't go wrong! YOU are making your own reality, after all!

That may work for the spiritual teacher, but for the rest of us, it wouldn't be a good idea. Milk doesn't contain all the vitamins, minerals, protein, oils and fiber we need. Try looking into getting a variety of foods in your diet. For some help read Nutrition Almanac. It has lots of good general information with remedies for health problems.
