Formally, Bill is a Jewish man in all senses, and he will be treated by the community and the religious aspects just like any other Jew.

As for how he sees himself... well, this is a philosophical question. If he is complete with his decision and new life style, than yes- he is fully Jewish. If not, it is still his own point of view and the community will consider him Jewish anyway.

this is a matter of spirituality. the ancient Jews were warned by God not to mix with the pagans...see Sampson and Delilah, etc. what you are trying to do is appease her for the sake of religion, and you are failing miserably. however the devil is at work in this...that he is using religion as a catalyst to sprang towards his will.. Now does Jehovah like people who use loop holes to get by? Only HE knows what goes on between a man and a woman and I am sure HE would not approve of the avenue you are taking in this.. now that's just me.

specific, you may "relatively" convert to Judaism, yet no longer purely for the sake of marriage -- no rabbi will convert you in order that which you would be able to get married. it would be stable so which you would be able to take an Intro to Judaism classification to income extra bearing directly to the religion -- there could be some thing extra pulling you in that direction.

of course no, you can not become a Jewish, you should have a Jewish mother to be Jewish,
your blood should be clean from any dirty non-Jewish blood
to be Jewish means to have a Jewish blood
so this is not a religion for all the people , it is just for the elite people only
