Depends on where, how severe the pain is, and do you have a fever. If it is on the right side, is it low or high? If you press on the area where it hurts, do you experience pain on the opposite side , up or down from where you press? If you can answer yes to :
1- pain is low
2-rebound pain upon pressing
3-fever
4- pain is severe and does not let up

Then you need to go to the ER right away. Could be appendicitis.
If you don't have the above symptoms, could be just gassiness.

IT can be bowel movement pain or gas do u drink enough water during the day. if u had bowel movement seek a doctor it can be something else if the pain it really painful, but it can be bowel movement meaning u have not gone to the restroom .

indegestion, gas. period pain, pulled a muscle it can be many diff reasons so if the pain persists go see ur doctor

ok you really need to add more details. what kind of pain is it? constant, stabbing, cramping...etc.

You have gas. It's ok to let it out sweetie. Lol.. sike nah i dunno.. might have been something you ate, might be gas, could be that time of the month. i really dun know
