Yeah, it sounds like it could be the flu. Being freezing and then unbearably hot means you have a fever. One problem with diagnosing an illness is that there are only so many symptoms your body can have (headache, fever, sore throat, nausea), so each symptom can indicate lots of different illnesses. So you should go to your doctor as soon as possible. Even if you don't feel up to leaving the house today, call the doctor's office anyway because it's busy season right now and you might not even be able to get an appointment for a few days. In the meantime, take tylenol or ibuprofen for your headache and your fever, and then try to sleep as much as you can.
It could also be a sinus infection--if your sinues are filled with mucus, that will make your head hurt and will also plug your ears so you feel like you can't hear very well. Other symptoms of a sinus infection are a really stuffy nose, with yellow or green mucus, and pain in your cheeks and around and above your eyes (where your sinuses are). If you have these symptoms, take sudafed and drink lots of water to help clear your sinuses.

Sounds like it could be the flu, but could also just be a cold. I have very poor drainage in my ear canals, and with allergies yearround, that means my ears are stuffed up all the time. Give me a cold and forget about it, I can't hear a dang thing and the wind blows wrong and I feel like someone's tilted the world on me. Might want to see a doctor if you're really worried, but otherwise... the hot and cold means you have a fever. Take Tylenol (aceptametaphin) or Advil for that, this will also help the headache (the headache is also from your sinuses being clogged). The dizziness and can't hear anything--that's your ears clogged up. Get yourself an expectorant (Mucinex is really good I've heard, haven't tried it yet) or a decongestant (Actifed works the best to help drain my ears, but as I've said, I havne't tried the Mucinex yet).
Then rest rest rest. Keep warm, keep yourself hydrated (very important, frequent sips of water or electrolyte solution if your tummy is icky), and sleep it off.
Feel better soon!!

Sounds like you might want to head out to the nearest Urgent Care. I would save your $$ and not go to the ER tonight (it's wicked expensive) and it doesn't sound like you're going to die...but I'd head out to the Urgent Care as soon as they're open. The Doc in the Box should be able to fix you right up.
Of course, if symptoms worsen or you have a fever that spikes really high, then an ER visit would be in order.
But, I'm not a doctor either...just what I would do.

Sound like it is anxiety to me. Stress does strange things to the body, and effect people in many ways. Try and do fun things to make you happy, and see how it goes.
If you do not feel better after a while I advise you to see a doctor.
