well download iTunes. Download LimeWire (optional). Plug in Shuffle. It will appear in the Devices List in iTunes. Copy all songs onto Library. Go To Shuffle Right click Sync!

can u c ur shuffle on itunes because if not, it's not picking it up , u should c whatever u named ur shuffle on top of the playlist on the left side of screen then u have to hit autofill for it to fill the 2nd gen ,

You have to add music to your itunes library and then right click on the song yoy want to put on your ipod and select add to play list ______________
(your ipod name goes in the blank)

Charge the battery for a while, remove it from the dock, turn it on, and insert your headphones. Now, just push play!
