Well you will have to wash it in cold water , you say you have washed it so there for it will be harder to get out , but try . Wet the pillow case then with salt the sea salt type is the best , pour salt on top the stain leave like that for more than an hr even longer , then soak in the water if the stain comes out wash on a 40c if not then carry on putting salt. Don´t use Bleach , you will turn the stain even more brown than it is

Hydrogen peroxide works well on blood, I don't know about older stains that have been washed and dried. The drying sets the stains in and makes them hard to remove. In the future, hydrogen peroxide and cold water will remove the blood right away.

If you have already dried your pillow case in the dryer the stain may already be set in. I would try a product called AWESOME, it can be purchased at the dollar tree for only a dollar. The name says it all. Good Luck.

It may be set in because you washed and dried it. Try Oxy clean. Next time use Hydrogen peroxide to remove blood. It can bleach the blood stain out almost imediately but it can also put a hole in your clothing so be careful.

Wash your pillow case in a combo of 1/2 detergent and 1/2 Oxyclean... It will come right out!

Blood stains will come out with peroxide, take a cotton ball and put some peroxide on it and rub the stain, you might have to do it a few times being it has been on for awhile.

I use to work in nursing and the best thing I have found is to put peroxide on the spot. It will foam up and you can use a brush to rub the spot out. Also you can soak clothes in automatic dish detergent and this will remove those stains as well.

It may be too late, but try some hydrogen peroxide. It almost always removes fresh blood, but I don't know if it'll work on this old blood. It's cheap...like $1 per bottle, so give it a try. Best of luck to you.
