See your doctor. Not a good idea to diagnose yourself let alone us yahoos off the net who are relying on your description. Its probably nothing but let a professional tell you that. Good luck young lady.

If you are sexually active its normal
The fluid you speak of currently can be white viscous fluid and is a normal secretion of the vagina and Bartholins glands.
Yeast infections look the same but take on a cheesy look and smell awful, fishy likeand are accompanied by itching of the genital area. They can be cleared up with Diflucan 1 a single dose tablet. Also a home remedy is to smother the genital area in plain yogurt twice a day. ( use a panty liner for this)
As long as you use plenty of feminine hygiene ( vulval washes) you should be OK

Sounds like all others gave you the symptoms, the only thing I would add is that you should wear 100% cotton panties, but not tight fitting ones. Yest infections are very uncomfortable and can be treated over the counter if you know for sure that is what it is. Once you get it you will usually always know what it is after the first one. If it recurs watch the starchy foods that you consume. ie. pasta & rice unblanched and to eat yogurt really does help with the prevention.

feels like an intense itching, burning sensation, localized in your vagina and vulva. this itching is not always present, but can get really bad, so bad you can hardly walk, let alone ride your bike to the pharmacy or doctor to get it treated.
looks like clumpy nasty white stuff. most medical descriptions compare the discharge to ricotta cheese, but it can range from thick and not clumpy to faintly yellow to thin and clear.
smells like bread or beer. in fact, it smells pretty much exactly like yeast.
also dont wear tight pants and underwear because that can cause it. and so can antibiotics.

It sounds like if it smells like yeast or bread then that is a good clue it's a yeast infection.

The main symptom is itch. If you're not itchy, you might just be ovulating.
