Is it true if a guy at growing age (like 15 to 20s) often to masturbate, it will make him hard to grow taller ? I heard this from my friend, I want to make sure.

No, it's not true. Your friend is either an idiot or lying to you. By the way, it's not unusual for guys to say this type of stuff to other guys so that they can have a good laugh with their friends at someone else's expense.

It will affect your growth if you are staying up late at night pleasuring yourself instead of getting 8 - 9 hours of sleep. Proper sleep is vital to repairing injuries, overcoming illness, and growth. Regular exercise (from the pre-teen years onward) may improve your chances of growing taller. By regular exercise, I mean in a gym, not just your right hand (or left).
Try not to masturbate. Why? Firstly, I used to pleasure myself. I am now a Christian and happily married. Real making love, not just with your body, but with both your hearts and souls in it is sooooo much better. It is like eating your favorite food with a nasty case of the flu... you cannot smell the food, you cannot taste the food. Sure, your stomach still gets full, but did you really enjoy eating the food? Then, a week later, you are over the flu. You can breathe freely and taste everything exquisitely. Now, how much better is eating your favorite food (pizza, pasta, a bacon and cheese double with spiced curly fries, fillet mignon, whatever it is) now that you can truly enjoy its aroma, every flavor, the texture of it, everything? How much better is it?
That analogy does not fully explain the difference between sex (including sex with miss "Palm-er") and making love, but it is a start.
Secondly, think of other things you could be doing instead of pleasuring yourself in that manner. You could be doing homework and studying (I didn't finish school - I am back in school in my 30's, don't knock it 'till you have to pay $1500 in monthly bills on a $600 a month income, without cable TV, without an x-box 360, without a PS3). Speaking of gaming consoles, you could be beating all of your friends' high scores. You could be working an after-school job and earning some pocket money, or a down-payment on a car. You could be helping out around your parents' home and earning brownie points for when you want to do something with your friends later. You could be out hanging out with your friends. You could be reading the Bible (or the Torah, or whatever your family's favorite scripture is).

Someone is pulling your chain. Masturbating has nothing to do with you growing taller. Its actually healthy for you to masturbate. They say an orgasm a day keeps the doctor away!!!!

There is absolutely no truth to this myth. Skeletal growth and masturbation have nothing to do with each other. It is also not true that if you masturbate early and often your penis will be bigger when you are grown. Masturbation exists merely for sexual pleasure.
