whats wrong with her?

my partner has stopped me from going to my sisters house because her boyfriend and his mates sit in the front room smoking weed my mother and father sit in the kitchen and dont say nothing she has 4 children who and playing in the house and they go in and out of the front room there all under 8 years old and she is not even bothered i dont go there because i have 2 children one 4 and one 6 monthes and i dont want them inhailing that stuff its not fair on them now my mother and sister dont talk to me. well my mother gives me the odd remark now and again and says when can i see my grandchildren and then she says she is going to the solisitors so she can see them but as i said to her she can see them when ever she wants she said my boyfriend is a waste of space and he is not allowed in her house so i said i cant come over then i think she is just being raciest because he is foireign but she has never liked my boyfriend from the start i mean this is not a nice place to take my children

why does she not see this is wrong to have the children in this situation,why is she on her side i mean my sisters boyfriend does not work he gets money of my sister he takes drugs and he cheats on her and she knows all this my boyfriend drives,works and has never cheated and my boyfriend always used to buy my mother every thing why is she being like this

tell your mother and your sister the reason you wont see them is beacause of your kids health and that you are happy to meet them at your house or the park etc so they can see the kids but also keep a diary of every thing thats going on and what is being said if she did get a solicitor i dont think she'd stand a chance but cover your self with the diary (she's just trying to scare you )

I can't explain it, but if your mother wants to see your kids, tell her she has to come to your place because you don't want your children around your weed smokin' sister. If she goes the legal route, tell your lawyer and the judge the same thing you said about the living situation your parents are in. She will lose.

Call the cops and report them smoking weed. Once the b/f is in ail no one will be smoking weed there anymore and you can return to brining the lids over.


Secondly, what do you mean by "partner"? You aren't living in sin with someone are you? Go get married!

hmm...thats not very fair of your mother or your sister! you are looking out for the welfare of your children as well as your neices/nephews and your mother and your sister!
They cant do anything legally so they can see your children!
tell them if she goes and sees a solictior you will report your sisters man to the police and your sister to social services for putting her kids in that situation!! works both ways!
you are not in the wrong here, and your mum and sister will probs see that when its too late!!

Tell your mother straight your kids will not be going into that kind of environment, I don,t know what she is thinking letting that happen in her house. I would phone the police you know what they say sometimes you have to be cruel to be kind
