Since you are in the Taiwan section of Answers, I assume you are talking about Taiwan. Here, bargaining is the normal way of doing things just about anywhere you shop. If you are a customer, you would never accept the listed price of a product. If you are a seller, you would automatically raise the price of your products, knowing that you will have to sell at a cheaper price.

Bargain with them. In Taiwan you can bargain in various places - I even got a discount in a department store once. It's ok to bargain in a night market too.
You did not describe the kind of business that you are in.

If customers are hard bargaining, be polite, but keep in mind what your profit margin is. Don't cheat yourself! Bargain just as hard with them, but make sure you make a profit.
Good luck!

set a price that you want to get that ensures you make a profit, but is reasonable for the going market rates for the product. Consider limiting yourself to a max 50% price markup from what you paid to get your profit. Then write the price down, point at it and state, thats the final price no bargaining.
if the customers walk away for several days then your price is too high and you should do more research and consider reducing it.
