No, go eat something that isn't sugar.

That's what sugar will do to you! Your insulin production gets screwed up, you get blood sugar spikes followed by blood sugar slumps when the sugar is attacked by the insulin and you may get very irritable, too. The light headed feeling is probably from the blood sugar drop.

Eat whole, natural foods for the next few days and you should feel better very soon. Get some protein in your system, and some fruits and veggies. When you eat sugary foods, eat them in modest amounts... I know that sounds like obvious advice, but the way you're feeling is a message that the sugary foods aren't giving your body and brain the nutrition they need.

It's normal if you're coming down from a sugar overdose. Go get real food. That will help put things in perspective once again.

yes, completely normal: you basically are coming off of a sugar "high". Kids do the same thing. They eat all of that candy get so wired up (scream, holler, play) and all of a sudden they crash. Next day, they mope around and feel lightheaded and dizzy. Same thing.

It's a sugar hangover!
When I have way too much sugar I just don't feel like doing anything.

Sugar is a good quick pick-me-up, but it picks you up and slams you down, too. Do you know someone who has a glucometer that would do a strip for you? Diabetes in your family? Check with your doctor if this continues.

could be experiencing slight side effects from all the sugar, could be diabetic, or could be that you almost put yourself into a diabetic coma, depending on how much sugar you had. eat some bread.

Be very careful, it might be a sign that you have a high blood sugar.
