Tell them no thank you.
Tell them to go down the street and get something cheaper, but your product is quality and that's the price.
Tell them that you have to make a living, too, so that's why your prices the way they are. You will bargain, but you can't give your stuff away.

You must create a uniqueness about what you offer. Having a product or service that is so unique, your create an advantage to your bargaining power.

Sell on that uniqueness, convince them that they can't get it anywhere else or it will cost much more if they get it somewhere else.

Tell them the prices are non-negotiable, or be an even harder bargainer.

Its hard to turn away a sale, but some people just enjoy haggling. Tell them your rock-bottom price, then don't explain why, because to them , you're just making excuses.
