i am very insterested in uterus transplants for hysterectomy .?

To let women with hysterectomies and girls born with out a uterus or women with severly damged uterus to bear biological children with the uterine transplant the new uterus is giving by donors to resipents who receive the new uterus . I heard that the antirejection drugs wont harm the growing fetus .

I have never heard anything about being able to transplant a uterus,what about the tubes and the ovaries? Is this something new in medicine?
