It can be quite hot during the day but cool in the mornings and evenings. I would advise you take a cardigan or light jacket that you can carry with you. You can also get sunburned at this time of year, especially when it's hazy so pack the sun tan lotion and swimming costume. The sea might be a bit cold though to go swimming

Here at the moment in the Costa Blanca we have 21º so it's very pleasant. Barcelona is generally cooler than here so I would guess around the same as we have now. But go to www.wunderground.com it's a weather site for the whole world and you can ask for an estimate temperature for the date you'll be there.

this really depends where you go! the mediterranean will be mild but you probably wouldn't want to swim in the sea unless you want to freeze. Inland can be colder, especially at night. The atlantic side of Spain has weather like Ireland or Wales - but a little warmer!
If it's good weather you want, best go in May or after
