What genotypic ratio would you expect in gametophyte generation of C-ferns produced by F1 spores if two traits on separate chromosomes were being followed?

We don't have enough information to answer your question. Since the gametophytes are 1N, they will have only one copy of each chromosome. These chromosomes will assort indepently. For example, if your parental fern has Aa on one chromosome and Bb on another, you would get:

1/4 AB
1/4 Ab
1/4 aB
1/4 ab

If we knew the genotypes of your parental ferns we could answer your question.
