If you're in North America then leave. Go to Europe or Asia or anywhere for that matter. Here's why: The food supply here is full of hormones and steroids. They do this to increase the size of the livestock so they can sell you more meat. Our dairy products are over pasteurised - to the extent that all cheeses pretty much have the same bland taste. Our vegetables are genetically modified. That's the garbage we're eating and that's the reason why we're the fattest people on the planet. Whenever I travel to another country I lose weight - no matter how much I eat. This happens EVERY TIME I travel. I travel to Europe, Australia, Hong Kong, Tahiti (boy did I pig out there), Venezuela,....... pretty much everywhere. While I'm in the U.S. I ALWAYS gain weight - no matter how much I try to lose it. Tried excercise, and pretty much every diet around and nothing works. The pounds just keep piling on - unless I travel to other countries.

CUT? or Cute?
At 6'2" you will never be cute!
But here is the recipe for weight loss.
Do push aways from the meal table early. Stop eating fats foods, and drinking colas or DIET COKE, especially with your fries.
reduce sugar intake and fat from the diet.
Add lots of fruit and vegetable to your daily intake, lean meat ( not fatty or marbled) Preferably those meats marked as heart smart.
Do plenty of exercise, but start slowly and don't overdo it. Keep your fluid up during exercise and don't delude your self into thinking you have lost weight after exercise when you weigh in as you may be counting fluid loss which is not accurate. 1 dink and that gain appears to be lost. However it is important to keep the fluids up.
Avoid power drinks too.
So Diet Exercise and persistence ans stick ability are the secrets of weight loss . Cuteness Can't help you with you are just going to have to develop that yourself

i think 6'2 at 195 is perfect, id say 6'2 up to 230 is fine...but to be more cut just do some crunches and lift weights to tone your arms and chest

If you want to get more cut, try eating more protein throughout the day, good sources of protein are Lean meats such as Turkey, Tuna fish and some lean beef, Milk, eggs and some nuts such as peanuts(without salt) and almonds all help to get cut once you weight lift. Oh and drink lots of water and get at least 8 hours of sleep each night.

get a gym membership.. go swimming especially
If you want to do this just at home I would suggest doing pushups and situps as many as you are comfortable with and then increase as necessary. Maybe invest in some cheap dumb bells to do some curls and such.
Also go running in the morning or before work (noone wants to run AFTER work!)

Drink mangosteen juice daily along with a lot of filtered water.
Mangosteen fruit is a natural anti-oxident and tastes delicious too.
It is also anti-ageing and anti-obesity. It will also give you more energy and protect your immune system from free radicals.
