The flu has been known to kill and she was suffering from flu-like symtoms. Why be so harsh and assume it was drug-related? Am I wrong?

No it is not possible that Anna Nicole Smith dies from the flu because it is identified that Anna Nicole Smith died from an overdose of prescription drugs,a morphine-like drug, Dalmane (30 pills), a sleeping pill, and injectable vials of vitamin B12 were sent to Vickie Marshall in the Bahamas. Vickie Marshall is Anna Nicole's legal name … a prescription dated August 25, 2006 written to a Michelle Chase for 500 ml of methadone (5mg/5ml solution). Michelle Chase was also a name used by Anna … TMZ has also obtained a separate air bill, dated the very same day, that shows a package containing 500 ml of methadone was sent to Vicky Marshall in the Bahamas or she was still coping with a great deal of grief over the mysterious sudden death of her 20-year-old son.Hope this helps!

While I believe she had the flu, I don't think it's what caused her death. She was known, and it has been confirmed by her Doctors, to be taking the strongest painkillers available. But, I agree with you that it is very sad. Addiction is obviously a huge issue in Hollywood.

sorry yes you are. She did not really hide the fact that she did drugs. I wish more actors and actress would come forward and explain to kids you can die from drugs.

Yes, they said her fever that day was 105. There are also rumors that she recently had one of her breast implants repaired. It could also have been an infection from that. No one really knows and the coroner's report was inconclusive.
