i used paypal to buy a nintendo wii and its been 3 weeks and ive sent several emails to the seller but they haven't even as much as replied. is this a scam> and also, can i get my money back with paypal?

There is a function on paypal to enter a dispute with the seller, I would do it now sooner than later, as it takes 30 days for them to process it. Alsoif it was Ebay let them know as if they are a major seller you will get a reply very quickly or Ebay will boucne them from there site and they will loose all there little gold stars.

Im fairly sure that anything you purchase through Paypal you are covered by insurance.
Go to the paypal website and read "frequently asked questions" and you will find out what you have to do next. The process does take a little while but worth it in the end.
I had something go missing that I purchased on ebay through paypal and the sender was not at all helpful so I claimed it back through paypal and they refunded my money after two or three weeks.

File a dispute with paypal. I had to do this for a much smaller item but they resolved the problem and I got a full refund.
