menstrual bleeding that is staying in my vagina?

I have been havig brown spotting for almost a week well the last couple of days the spotting has turned dark red and it's a little more heavier than just spotting. if i stick toilet paper up their it gets soaked with blood, when i pee the clear water turns dark red and ican see the blood pouring out of me however i have been wearing a pantyliner the last two days since this red bleeding has started and nothing has got onto the liner, only sometimes a couple drops spill onto the panty liner but it all stays inside it is not flowing i have never has this happen befor. I am takin porgesterone cream and my last period was jan20th-25th but befor my period i did not have a period for a year befor hand. I have had several tests which all came out perfect. not PCOS either..she gave me provera 10mg for 7 days to make me start my period i had jan 20th....what is going on??????please help
