If you don't want to wash and iron it before you wear it, throw it in the dryer with a damp rag. That will help.

The best way to do that is to get a steamer and just go over the shirt front to back.Or you can turn the hot water on in the bathroom and hang the shirt in there when its get really hot or take it to the cleaners and have them starch it or you could just iron it!!

Well just ironing it will take some work and time. You might as well go ahead and wash it and dry it- it'll smell clean and then you could take a hot iron to it to crease the sleeves. It takes a little longer but looks and smells much better.

if you're too lazy to iron it, then pick shirts that are off of a hanger, not folded on a table.
then, keep it on the hanger instead of putting it in a dresser.

I have found that the best way is to launder it & then iron it. If you don't want to do that, just spray starch it heavily & then steam iron it.
