How do I know if I smell bad?

All of the people at my school say I smell really bad. Some say I Smell like garbage, other say I smell like stale leaves. One said I smelled like carpet. And even buttons : (. How do I know if I actually do smell bad.

Okay, well if people tell you that you smell bad thats the first problem. immediatley you should forget about how to tell if you smell bad and fix the problem. first, you should get a good smelling deodorant. For example, try using Axe, it smells amazing! Next, you should shower in the morning because then you get a clean start every morning, and whatever smells from the day before will go away. Try using Axe body wash, it's great as well. for your hair, use Paul Mitchell Tea Tree Shampoo. hopefully this advice works!

just take a good shower w/ better soap n use a stronger deorandant so u can prevent those horrible comments...b/c if u do have bo its sometimes hard for u to smell urself if urself if ur use to it

Lift you arm up and smell your under arms.

Or you could just shower everyday so that you know that you don't smell.and carry deoderant. just remember funk and perfume does not mix.

Get a sniff,change your clothes often,NEVER wear dirty clothes,shower 2xs daily,brush your teeth,,and if ur a girl get special soap(antibactirial) for ur coochy!
