I have spent thousands on furniture and stuff for my house and when I remove an item it just dissappears, who do i contact to find out what happened to my stuff? Is there a specific person to contact for help? Is there somewhere that the stuff goes that I don't know about? Please help! Ann

Unfortunately it sounds like you've been bitten by the millsberry glitch. It's actually a known problem and the mills technicians are working on it. But the way to contact them to report the problem is as follows:

There are two ways you can contact Millsberry. If you look at number VIII in the town hall announcements there is an e-mail address listed for contacting Millsberry.
The item reads as follows:
"VIII. Contact Us

Personally informed, the best way to contact Millsberry techs is through their email. If you do this the best thing to do if it concerns a glitch is to write in the subject line ....

Attention Tech's - (then the subject goes here) - glitch

example: Attention Tech's - lost items - glitch

And send the e-mail to millsberry@genmills.com

There is also a feedback form that you can fill out
http://consumercontacts.generalmills.com/

This form will also go to the Millsberry staff. Make sure you select the proper subject area so the form is sent to the technicians.

They are all right. You must report it to the town staff in the town hall. B4 it happens to the rest of us. It might just be the fact that there is something wrong with that millsberry avatar or your computer. The solution to that is to make a new girl and send everything to her or get a new computer. ( I would just get a new avatar )!! GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!

There's a glitch on Millsberry going around, so my advice is to not really buy anything until they fix the glitch. And to contact them go to Town Hall then click on one of the things. You can
either write to them on the computer or write to them on paper.
