No. Mr. Spock was, but they're not related. Dr. Spock didn't have pointy ears, and couldn't apply the Vulcan death grip to anybody.

Well a UFO (unidentified flying object) isn't necessarily from another planet...it can be an uncharted aircraft "spies", falling solar debris, or other unknown things flying around (or falling) from above...but if there were aliens who wanted to fly to Earth and use weapons of mass destruction on us, then they probably have some sort of advanced technology to get them places in light speed.
