depending on your meaning of hot and bothered ,first thought was sexual but then when you think in terms of anger , then it would be when someone uses the word goof,calling someone a goof is a go and that is that . I have had two experiences where I hurt people pretty bad just because they couldn't keep their mouth shut.Sexually a gorgeous babe in tight jeans very tight.

My husband, and not always in a good way, sometimes he can really P1$$ me off. Others well ...all hot and bothered. lol

In the summer when it is like 90 degrees outside and the air conditioner is running as hard as it can, but it is still hot inside. blech.
