It does happen on occasion, sometimes if your health care provider is a little firm when taking the sample it can irritate things, and at some points in the menstrual cycle the cervix is more tender than others. I find if I schedule my test too close to just before my period, I'm more prone to a bit of bleeding than if I schedule it a little after.

It is completely normal and doesn't indicate pregnancy. Think about it someone scraps the cervix, its going to bleed a little. If you were pregnant it wouldn't have affected the baby but doesn't by an means mean you are pregnant.

I don't think so maybe your doc was a little to hard when he was doing the smear, I hope that you can get pregnant soon..

It could be pregnancy, cervix tend to be more circulated with blood and softer during smears.

Yea, it's normal. Sometimes it happens sometimes it doesn't, either way just little spotting is nothing to worry about.
