ok i need help every time i do freestyle it fells like my arms feel like jelly when i finish why is that is it because i went to fast or too slow

that happens to me too......this happens because the arm muscles arent used to that type of motion and workout.....they feel fatigue and thats whythey feel pike jelly.....plus the differances in density between the air and water..... hoped i solved ur problem....... :-)

Yep that's right because you need to build the strength and stamina to get those mucles used to swimming.

A great way to build strength is to get surgical tubing, like 3-4 feet of it and tie loops on each end so you can grab on to them.

Now the surgical tubing around a pole and practice the bottom of stroke of freestyle(when your hands/arms are underwater).

Another way while you're swimming, is to do backstroke, which will also strengthen different muscles that help to stabilize your strength.

You most likely need to build some strength up in your arms. Also make sure you are breathing enough; every 3 is good. Keeping a stay kick would also help some. Good Luck!

Try doing some dryland excercise's with your arms, to strengthen them. It will help a lot. Your arms might just not be in shape for how much swimming your doing. Get a good coach and have him/her give you some good workouts to strengthen your body, and help you go faster
