I never understood how horoscopes mattered, babies are born with basically blank minds, you can put the whitest baby in England and put him in an Ethiopian tribe, and his skin will be the only difference between another tribe member when they grow up. Its just how you're raised that makes a difference in personality.
To answer your question, I would say, if you guys really love each other, and know you could survive in the same house together, and be happy for as long as you live, GO FOR IT!!.
oh and just a suggestion, don't have a child for the first few months or a year, because if things don't work out, (God Forbid!) a child shouldn't experience that kind of thing, divorce, switching homes, not seeing mom/dad for extended periods of time.
