We were waiting by the bus stop ,thats where I usually see him and he walked over and stood by me a little and I turned around where i was and then he turned around looked at me, took off his jacket and then I sorta smiled at him.Then he turned back around and then turned around again looking at me and started talking to me.He's like hey remember me from blah blah? and I'm like ummm, no..I don't even know what that is.We were just talking about... video games (?), and then I was talking to him about this thing and he got really close to my face
Then I think he wanted to talk with me privately so he grabbed my hand and we walked away from the bus stop in a little area by some lockers. I felt his hand, even though it was a dream...it felt so real when he grabbed my hands. Then some girls from one of my classes were all of a sudden standing there mouthing the words "what" at me, I just shrugged, then we were going to go into an empty classroom to be alone and i found myself alone waiting

Two things stand out here. One, you are at a STOP. Two, you go into a room where learning is supposed to take place, a classroom.
Your dream is telling you to stop and learn, your mates are asking you what are you talking/thinking with this.

I believe it indicates a suppressed desire to tell people about long drudgerous dreams involving restrooms, various clothing articles, disembodied hands, video games and smiling? The 'what' comment indicates "what" That is the egotistical embodiment of "huh?". Long known to be a predecessor of insanity. I'd lay low avoiding law enforcement until you get a grip on yourself lassie!

You want to be with him but in the meantime you're lonely waiting for him to ask you.
Try asking him out.
