A USA student in Australia university is limited to working very little employment, if any, so what are some other ways of getting some cash (without risking deportation!)?

your visa should be one that allows amaximum of 20 hrs work except in scool hols. these limitations are listed on visa. these are strict ly enforced and breach of conditions can lead to cancellation of visa. There is no limitation on amount you can earn in hours permitted. Visa breaches are considered serious and can efect future applications. Also any employer is also liable for your breaches on hours.suggest you sbide by these conditions as when getting Visa you were suuosed to have suffici funds for stay

The only way to earn a little bit more without the risk of breaching your visa condition will be to work more during the holiday (full-time). Dun forget to apply for the working visa though.
