I'm interested in starting a real estate investment business in Ontario, Canada or the U.S. A business of flipping properties, and/or renting out properties. I'm looking for someone with the same interests as me but has more knowledge of the money side of things, while I do all the leg work: finding homes, making calls, etc. I dont have any clue as where to begin or who to ask, I just have a strong passion for this type of business. So if you have any advice for me as to how I get started or who to talk to??, or if you want to be apart of what I'm trying to achieve I would love to hear from you. Any advice would be great. Thanks

The first step to take in any endeavor is to learn everything you can about what you want to do. In your case, the first step to take is to learn as much as you can about real estate before you jump into it. Real articles, books and other periodicals regarding this topic. After you've gained sufficient knowledge about the topic, then it is time to find other people who are actually doing it and ask them how it works. At this stage, you'll be learning more about the business and you'll be making contacts as well. As you learn more and make more contacts, you'll be more confident in doing what you want to do. Confidence with knowledge will lead you to success.
