It shold be very popular at the market.
Please help me find a good board-game publisher for such type of innovate games.

There is such a website:

http://www.discovergames.com/

This site is for inventors to show their board games to retailers
and game lovers. You can buy game parts to build a proto-type and show your game at toy fairs where companies are looking to invest and buy.

I like to build my own games and this is a great site to help.

The game seems a bit fiddly, I imagine I would spend more time attaching and removing elastics than throwing the ball. The cards lack variety, and there is no real "wow!" factor that is going to grab my attention and get me to plunk down $50 or so dollars for the game. Also, while there might be strategy, at the end of the day, this is simply plinko. As anyone who has seen Price is Right can attest, that game is mostly random. To me, this is hitting the same general field as crokinole and/or pitchcar... so the question is going to be, what makes your game better?

Do you have permission from the makers of Heroes of might and magic to base a board game off of them?

Your best initial point of contact should be the Game Manufacturers Association (GAMA)

You can contact them at the website below.

Happy gaming!
