Car Wash is good because it can be fun at the same time. Just make sure they know how to work the faucet and everything!
Babysitting: You might want your child take a babysitter course so that they will learn what to do in case of emergencies. For example: Choking, illness, etc.
Mowing the lawn: IN my opinion I think mowing the lawn is too dangerous for a 11-12 year old because they can get hurt really badly. I suggest not to have you child do this kind of job.

Parents make an "ugly job" jar. Its jobs nobuddy likes to do, like cleaning the floor mats in the car, changing the litter box and cleaning the boxes, sweeping the porches....each one is worth $3-$4. When my kids were that age they also worked inventory with the local bike shop and a candy store lady found out and she hired them too. My son planted flowers for some woman. They can work on a farm (with papers) but that really is rather awful....I am not sure if the labor laws will allow them to work inventory like my kids anymore...so check that first. Why does an 11 year old need spending money? They'll be able to work soon enough...so if its just a certain purchase...get creative and get your closets cleaned....

If you are 11-12 then you should not be baby sitting yet you are hardly old enough to take care of yourself let alone little kids!
also walking dogs is not a good one because then you are responsobil for other people's crazy dogs!
I would say your best bets are cleaning yards or mowing lawns they probably pay the best!
good luck!

i started babysitting and if your parents are like "no your too young" ask them if you can be a mothers helper... then you can babysit but the mom will still be there but you wont get paid as much. And then you can advance into babysitting. Try for a family friend first.. Good Luck =) â¥Caitlyn

1-7, the last two are a little weird. the best way to get publicity is to make really cute flyers and put them in peoples newspaper mailboxs, not their real ones because thats illegal.
